Who are we?
The Calvary Food Pantry, a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, just celebrated its 31st year. The mission of Calvary Food Pantry is to meet emergency needs of residents of our designated geographical area of Auburn and to advocate for the alleviation of hunger in Cayuga County.
What do we do?
We provide sufficient food to feed each family member 3 nutritionally balanced meals per day for 5 days. From July 2016 through June 2017 we served a total of 1,640 households with 4,757 individuals for a total of 65,220 meals.
How do we do it?
With our partnership with the CNY Food Bank and for a shared maintenance fee we are able to obtain fresh produce all year round. Food purchases and operating expenses are funded through grants, donations and fundraisers.

You can make a tax deductible donation by clicking here, or send it by mail to Calvary Food Pantry, 90 Franklin Street, Auburn, NY 13021. Donations of non-perishable food items can be brought to the pantry during business hours (Monday and Wednesday 10-5 and Fridays 10-2).
Interested in a rewarding volunteer opportunity? Volunteers are always needed to staff the food pantry, to help unload food deliveries and tend the garden. Contact Nancy at 315-252-7772 for more information.
Your support of various fundraisers such as The Soup and Sandwich Luncheon and The Harvest Dinner is greatly appreciated. We also hold our spring & fall rummage sale and other events which help our mission funding.
